Civilization goes console

If you haven’t heard of the Civilization series you must have been on the moon for the last few decades. Sid Meier is the big name behind the title, who also created a whole bunch of other strategy & building your empire kind a games, like Railroad Tycoon , Pirates and Colonization. To name just a few.

For a long time this type of games were typical PC games. The limited controllability of consoles prevented their expansion to these platforms. With Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution console gamers can finally join the hardcore strategy gamers. The game will be released on Xbox 360, PS3 and DS in Spring of 2008 and on Wii Fall 2008.
